🏠 Before Work Starts:

  • Exterior overview of property

  • Affected rooms from multiple angles

  • Clear damage (wet materials, staining, mold, fire/smoke, etc.)

  • Moisture meter readings (visible display + surface shown)

  • Cause of loss evidence (leak, burst pipe, fire source, etc.)

🛠️ During Work:

  • Equipment in place (label visible: brand/model)

  • Demo in progress (wall, floor, cabinets, etc.)

  • Containment setup (plastic walls, negative air, etc.)

  • PPE usage and safety setup

  • Materials being removed (debris photos)

âś… After Work:

  • Dry log photo (with readings + location labels)

  • Restored area clean and cleared

  • Final equipment removed

  • Certificate of Completion signed (if applicable)

  • Additional damage found? Document separately.

Tip

Take at least 30–50 photos per job. The more, the better.
