Yes — Smart Claims™ frequently partners with Public Adjusters and, on a case-by-case basis, communicates with homeowners to ensure claims are fully documented and defended.

For the most part, we work closely with PAs as part of the property claims process. However, we do maintain a short blacklist of PAs we cannot work with due to lack of responsiveness or unprofessional practices. This protects your claims and ensures that every file we touch is handled with speed and accuracy.

It depends on where you are in the process. If you already created a file, please send us the entire file package, including:

• Signed work authorization or contract

• Any letters, emails, or correspondence with the insurance company
