Genesis is a licensed Mold Assessor and Remediator, certified in Water, Fire, and Carpet Cleaning Restoration (IICRC), and holds a BBA in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University.
More importantly, she’s walked in your shoes — managing operations, wrangling claims, and building structure from scratch inside a restoration company. She created Smart Claims to give contractors like you the speed, support, and strategy you actually need to focus on what you are good at — the field, your brand, and your people.
Oh — and she’s also a GIRL mom, police wife, dog and cat mom, and competitive powerlifter (#2 in Florida for bench press 🏋️♀️) — so yeah, she knows how to handle pressure.
